What You Get

The benefits of an ongoing program

One-time service calls fix today’s problem. A program keeps every system on schedule all year.

Scheduled inspections

Every system is placed on a calendar built around the inspection and testing intervals that apply to it.

Recurring testing & maintenance

Testing and preventive maintenance happen on time — not when someone remembers.

Service reminders

We contact you ahead of every scheduled visit and confirm access.

Documentation & records

Tags, reports and service history kept organized and available when an inspector, owner or insurer asks.

Deficiency identification

Problems are documented clearly with location, description and priority.

Recommended corrective maintenance

Each deficiency comes with a recommended correction and a written quote. Nothing is performed without approval.

Coordinated service across systems

Related services are combined to reduce visits, disruption and paperwork.

Multi-location support

Programs scale across multiple properties with consistent standards and consolidated reporting.

How Programs Work

From assessment to year-round service

  1. Property assessment

We inventory your systems and review service history.

  2. Program proposal

You receive a written schedule and pricing covering every system.

  3. Scheduled service

Inspections, testing and maintenance happen on the agreed calendar.

  4. Reports & deficiencies

Every visit is documented. Deficiencies are quoted for approval.

  5. Annual review

We review the year’s service and adjust the program as your property changes.

One-time service vs. a maintenance program

Both are available. Here is how they compare.

An important note on compliance. Inspections and maintenance help you identify and address deficiencies and keep systems in working order. They do not by themselves guarantee compliance with codes or that a property will pass an inspection by the Authority Having Jurisdiction. We help you understand findings and plan corrections.

Program questions

Is there a long-term contract?

Programs are typically structured as annual service agreements so we can plan and price the full year. Terms are set out clearly in your written agreement before you sign.

Will a maintenance program make my building compliant?

No contractor can guarantee compliance — that is determined by your local fire authority. A program helps you keep systems inspected, tested and maintained on schedule and helps you identify and address deficiencies before they become problems.

What does the property assessment involve?

We walk the property, inventory fire protection and life safety systems, review available service records, and recommend a service schedule. You receive a written summary and program proposal.

Is there a cost for the assessment?

Contact us to discuss your property. Any cost for the assessment is explained up front, in writing, before anything is scheduled.

Manage multiple properties?

Programs scale across portfolios with one point of contact and consolidated records.
